What will you ask me in the form?
About 15–20 multiple-choice questions: your goal, the setting, who's in the scene, the feeling you want, language, music and pace, and anything you'd like left out.
When will I get my video?
Within 48 hours of submitting your complete application, by a private link sent to your email.
What if I don't like something?
Reply to the delivery email within 7 days and we'll make one revision for free.
Can I get a refund?
If we haven't started your video, yes, in full. Once production has started, we offer a revision instead of a refund. See our Refund policy.
Is my information private?
Your answers are used only to make your video. Your video is never shown to anyone else or used in marketing without your written permission.
Can I watch it on my phone?
Yes. Videos are vertical (9:16) by default and play on any phone.
